You can also avail of a virtual entry ticket at £14.50 plus booking fee, or a carers ticket is also available, if required, for £9.50 plus booking fee. Festival only tickets cost a total of £9.50 plus booking fee, with carers festival tickets at £5 plus booking fee.

Travelling by train
There are two train stations near Windsor Great Park. Both Windsor and Eton Riverside station and Windsor and Eton Central station are within a 10-minute walk of each other and about 20-minute drive from Windsor Great Park. The event in Windsor will provide accessible shuttle bus services from both train stations to the event, to help guests get there easily.
Travelling from London
You can reach both train stations in Windsor directly from London Waterloo station. The journey from Waterloo to Windsor and Eton Riverside and Waterloo to Windsor and Eton Central station typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. You can find cheap train tickets by booking early or going off-peak, and if you have a Railcard or if you’re travelling in a group, you could save even more.

Challenge Events
‘Start together, finish whenever’ is the motto of the festival challenges. From a 100m distance to 10K, whatever suits you, take part in the journey against the beautiful backdrops of Windsor Castle or Deer Park. There will be support along the way from our marshals, there to help and cheer you on as you go. These challenges can also be completed virtually if needed and can be completed over whatever period of time works for you.
Festival of Inclusivity
Experience a wide variety of activities and entertainment suitable for all ages and abilities. Enjoy arts and crafts, dance or storytelling. Or try your hand at some cookery or inclusive sport. There will also be a picnic area to relax, a sensory zone for those who need it and even a climbing wall for the adventurers. There really is something for everyone to enjoy at Parallel Windsor.
Things to do near Windsor
Windsor is a great destination for those who want to escape from the city for the day and experience this charming, market town. Located in east Berkshire there is plenty to see and do on a day trip or a weekend away. Its easily accessible location makes it simple to travel from London Waterloo with SWR direct trains scheduled regularly throughout the day taking just under 2 hours.
One of the top attractions in Windsor is Windsor Castle, and this well-known tourist attraction doesn’t disappoint. You can tour the beautiful grounds and visit the staterooms, where you’ll find some priceless objects from the Royal Collection on display.
Looking for something a bit more thrilling? Why not visit Legoland, with nearly 40 rides and activities. This full day activity is best for a weekend trip when you have time to explore everything there is to experience. Make sure to travel by train to take advantage of the 2-for-1 offer available with your train ticket.
There are also more low-key activities you can take part in in Windsor, like boating along the River Thames as the river curls its way through Windsor.
