Accessibility

We’re committed to making travel easier for everyone.

We’re always hard at work upgrading our stations to be as easy as possible for all of our passengers to navigate.

All of our stations are different, but there are several ways to find out what facilities are available at your station:

  • Visit Our Network
  • Contact a member of staff at your local station
  • Contact our Contact us on 0345 6000 650 – it’s open 06:00 to 22:00 every day except 25 and 26 December

If your local station is not accessible for you, please get in touch with our Customer Service Centre and we can arrange alternative transport (usually a taxi) at no extra charge. This will take you from the nearest or most convenient station for you to the closest accessible station, so that you can continue your journey.

If you need assistance navigating the station or a ramp to get on your train, book ahead for Assisted Travel and let us know how we can help you.
