Station staff assisting person with visual impairment into a lift

Accessibility

We’re committed to making travel easier for everyone.

We’re always hard at work upgrading our stations to be as easy as possible for all of our passengers to navigate.

All of our stations are different, but there are several ways to find out what facilities are available at your station:

  • Visit Our Network
  • Contact a member of staff at your local station
  • Contact our Customer Contact Centre. More details available on our Contact us page.

If your local station is not accessible to you, if you need assistance navigating the station or a ramp to get on your train please get in touch with our Assisted Travel Team and we can arrange alternative transport (usually a taxi) at no extra charge. This will take you from the nearest or most convenient station for you to the closest accessible station, so that you can continue your journey.
