Please note:
Platform 1 is the only step free platform at Shifnal station, which is used for trains towards Birmingham. This is accessed from the car park and its access road behind platform 1. (Please note, there is a long ramp that leads to a subway, this is not step free as it has stairs at the end of the ramp).
Platform 2 towards Shrewsbury does not have step free access.
The assistance meeting point is on the platform that your train is due to depart. When the train has arrived, please attract the attention of a staff member onboard, who will help you to board the train.Â
