South Western Railway invites customers to 'Meet the Manager'

Throughout the year South Western Railway regularly hosts ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions where members of the public can talk to its senior managers about the railway’s services.

SWR's Meet the Manager sessions have continued throughout the pandemic – adapting by conducting sessions virtually and the next one will be taking place on Tuesday 5 October between 1500 & 1900 through Microsoft Teams.

Customers can book a one-to-one session lasting up to 15 minutes by emailing meet.swr@transportfocus.org.uk giving their contact details, their preferred time and the topic they would like to discuss.

Spaces are limited, and customers wishing to take part should request their appointment by no later than 15 September.
