Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

South Western Railway is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of slavery, forced labour and exploitation and are committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity in everything we do.

In line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish an annual Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement setting out the steps we take to identify, assess and mitigate the risk of modern slavery across our operations and supply chain. This includes due diligence on suppliers, targeted training for colleagues, and clear expectations of the standards we require from our partners.
