At South Western Railway we know that our customers sometimes want to share feedback about something that isn't working right. We have hundreds and hundreds of staff working 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure your train services and stations are operating their best, but if you've found something that looks wrong, you can tell us here.

Note that this form isn't for security issues. If you see something that you think needs security or police attention, please use our British Transport Police contact form. See it; say it - sorted. And if you've got a general complaint that you want a response to, please use our online Complaints form.

The purpose of this form is to bring to our attention something that doesn't look right. Maybe it's a toilet that's out of service, or a light that isn't working, or maybe you've seen something at one of our stations that needs repair. You can use this form to tell us about it.
