1. The Competition

a. The competition promoter is First MTR South Western Trains Limited trading as South Western Railway ("SWR", "we" or "us") a company established in the UK with a registered office address at 8th Floor, The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London W2 1AF. Registered in England and Wales, company number: 07900320.

b. The title of the competition is ‘Win a fun-filled family adventure to London’.

c. The competition will run from 00:01 1 February 2025. (“Opening Date”) until 23:59 28 February 2025. (“Closing Date”). All entries must be submitted before the Closing Date and entries submitted after this time will be automatically disqualified.

d. SWR reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition at any time.

2. Competition entry

a. Entry is free of charge and no payments are required to participate. To enter, fill in the form and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided.

b. The competition is only open to those who are 16 years or over and who are residents of the UK. Proof of identity and age may be required.

c. The Company’s employees and their immediate families, the Company’s agents and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to take part.

d. The Company reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules may not be accepted.

e. Proof of website submission will not be accepted as proof of entry and no responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for whatever reason, including without limitation due to computer, network and/or user error.

f. Entrants may enter only once.

3. The Prize

Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old includes:

• Travel: Travel allowance provided to the total value of £200 GBP
• Accommodation: 2 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in London, UK based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room, with breakfast
• One-Day Admission to Zoo in London
• Laser Tag Game: Includes 3x games
• Baseball Batting Cage Session (30 minutes total)
• Dinner at Top Taco Restaurant: Provided to the value of £200 GBP

1. Prize packages for 4 people are for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
2. At least one traveler must be aged 18 or over; Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
3. Travel allowance provided to the maximum value of £200 GBP, to be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account;
4. Accommodations based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing 1x quadruple occupancy hotel room for 2 nights in London;
5. Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
6. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card; Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
7. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
8. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
9. Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;
10. Prize cannot be taken from 21^st December – 4^th January (Christmas and New Year) Easter Sunday or UK Public Holidays;
11. Any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests;
12. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
13. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
14. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities then no alternatives will be provided;
15. For the laser tag game, the minimum age is 6 years old and the minimum height is 1.1m; it is not recommended for those who are pregnant or those who have a Pacemaker;
16. For the batting cage activity, the minimum age to participate is 6 years old and the minimum height is 1.2m;
17. Dinner provided to the value of £200, including gratuity;
18. The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/
19. Winners must have access to a personal email account.

4. Winner selection

a. The winner of the prize will be selected at random from eligible entrants.

b. The winner(s) will be notified within 30 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by SWR via the email address entered on the competition form.

c. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 14 days of the closing date or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to offer the prize to any other eligible entrant.

d. To request the name and county of the winners, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to South Western Railway, 4th Floor, South Bank Central, 30 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9LQ within one month of the Closing Date.

5. Exclusion of liability

In so far as permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible for and shall not cover nor insure any entrants and or the winner, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the credit and prizes in any way.

6. General

a. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

b. The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Data Protection Act and apart from fulfilment of the prize for the winner will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. c. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
