South Western Railway (SWR) is inviting customers to question its senior team at a virtual “Meet the Manager” event on Tuesday 6 July.
Managers from across the business will be available on the day to speak to customers, who are invited to ask any questions related to SWR. From services and timetables to station improvements or measures to keep customers safe during COVID-19, all questions are welcome.
The event is being organised in collaboration with the independent organisation, Transport Focus, who help facilitate the event.
Meetings with managers are one-to-one and will take place on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with each session lasting around 15 minutes.
Slots are available between 15:00 and 19:00 on the day, and customers who wish to speak to a SWR manager are encouraged to book their space as soon as possible.
Christian Neill, Deputy Director of Customer Experience at South Western Railway, said:
“Having open and honest conversations with customers ensures that they are put at the heart of everything we do. Our Meet the Manager event is a great way for customers to share their feedback with us, which in turns helps us to improve how we run the railway.
“With restrictions easing, we know that many of our customers may be returning to the railway for the first time in a while. For any customer, this as an opportunity to find out more about what we’re doing to keep them safe when travelling.”
