Have a question for SWR?

Tuesday 21st January 2020

South Western Railway (SWR) is hosting its latest Meet the Manager session on Wednesday 26 February at London Waterloo station.

The session is an opportunity for customers to ask questions directly to SWR’s Directors and senior management on a range of issues, from service performance, train frequency and safety to investment in new trains, sustainability and car parking.

Customers will have the opportunity to meet one-to-one, for up to 15 minutes, between 15:30 and 19:30 on the day.

Transport Focus will facilitate the event, as an impartial and independent body, liaising with customers and SWR's Customer Experience team.

Customers are encouraged to send their requests, including contact details, the topic they would like to discuss and preferred time, to Transport Focus by Friday 7 February
. Transport Focus will arrange and confirm the appointment on SWR’s behalf, however, space is limited.

Christian Neill, SWR’s Deputy Director of Customer Experience, said:
“Our passengers have faced a tough time over the last 12 months, but we’re determined to rebuild trust and instil confidence. This Meet the Manager session is an opportunity for our customers to ask questions and let us know about their specific concerns.”
