SWR's next virtual Meet the Manager session

South Western Railway (SWR) continues its successful Meet the Manager programme with another virtual session taking place on Tuesday 29 September 2020.

Following on from the industry’s first virtual session in May, SWR’s customers can put book their 15-minute spot to put their views and opinions directly to SWR’s Directors and senior management on issues important to them next month.

With many customers returning to work and children going back to school next month, this session is a great opportunity to discuss timetabling questions, what’s being done to make travel safer or SWR’s long-term investment in the network  – to name just a few examples.

In light of the current social distancing restrictions, and to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues, SWR will host the Meet the Manager session online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Transport Focus will help facilitate the event, as an impartial and independent body, by liaising with customers and the Customer Experience team to arrange timings on SWR’s behalf.

Customers looking to book a session are encouraged to send their request, including contact details, the topic they would like to discuss and preferred time, to meet.swr@transportfocus.org.uk by Tuesday 8 September.

Spaces are limited, and the sessions will run from 1500 until 1900 on the day. SWR’s Customer Experience team will be on hand to help with any technical issues before and during the event.
