Assistance dogs

We know that your dog works hard during the day to help you and at times, other customers may not see your dog on the train when sat with you. To help give your pal a bit of much needed down-time and to avoid being stepped on, we’ve created a simple card to alert other customers to your dog’s presence under the seat. All you need to do is place this card on the seat next to you for other customers to see that your dog is under the seat. Unfortunately, this is not a reservation for the dog to sit on the seat but we hope that this will give you some peace of mind to know that others are looking out for your dog.

You can personalise your card with a photo of your Assistance Dog and its name.
