What's going on
Due to a Network Rail signalling problem between London Waterloo and Clapham Junction trains have to run at reduced speed on some London bound via Wimbledon lines.
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes. Disruption is expected until 20:30 21/02.
What We're Doing About It
We have reports of a Network Rail signalling irregularity between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo, affecting trains towards London Waterloo from Wimbledon.
One of the signals is held at 'danger', which means drivers on the affected line will need to stop the train and seek verbal permission from the signaller before proceeding at a reduced speed.
Due to the location and time of the fault, this will soon affect many trains on the network, especially, those trains towards Woking and Basingstoke.
Network Rail Engineers are on site assessing the fault. Until this has been rectified, services to and from London Waterloo towards Woking/ Basingstoke may be delayed or revised at short notice.
For further information please speak to a member of station staff or use a station help point.
We are sorry for any disruption to your journey plans.
